It's a mural in the Kansas Capitol Bldg. My great-great grandfather briefly travelled with Brown when he was in Kansas. Thank God he didn't stay with him when he left Kansas, else he might not have lived to marry my great-great grandmother and...well, I wouldn't be here today. ;) My great-grandfather (at age 80) had a part-time job giving tours in the Capitol bldg. and the highlight was always the stories he recounted about his father and John Brown that he heard as a child.
