DNC Election Fraud Manual

in Liberals - Kerry, Lunacy

Update III (10/16): Those dignity-stealing Democrats just won’t quit. Check out this New York Post editorial on the DNC frauds and their “minority” props.

Update II: Will someone please define “voter intimidation?”

The voter fraud frauders are gearing up, I see. Does anyone have information on this?

I hear Bill Hobbs has quite an archive on voter fraud issues.

Update (10/15): New York Post:

Republicans ripped into John Kerry yesterday over a stunning new internal manual that advises Democrats to launch “pre-emptive” strikes charging the GOP with voter intimidation — even if none exists.

The “Election Day Manual” — written for Kerry’s Colorado campaign workers — includes a menu of options Democrats can follow next month to claim Republican intimidation, ranging from issuing press releases to organizing minority leaders to denounce the practice.

It was unclear last night whether the manual had been penned by the Kerry campaign or the Democratic National Committee, although questions about it were fielded by the DNC.

Democratic leaders dismissed the charge, insisting the manual was aimed at providing guidance for “preventing and combating” voter intimidation from happening in the first place.

“All of the states received some language on combating and preventing voter intimidation,” said DNC spokesman Jano Cabrera.

In part, the manual reads: “If no signs of intimidation techniques have emerged yet, launch a ‘pre-emptive strike’ (particularly well-suited to states in which these techniques have been tried in the past.).”

Political Brief posted an image of the cover (?) and a link to the DNC. They claim Matt Drudge “posted a misleading statement about Democratic efforts to fight voter suppression.” I guess the DNC assumes we can’t read (or read English), either, just like some of the people why typically vote for Democrats.

Liberals manipulate blacks with “voter fraud” myths, and this alarmist garbage plays into the DNC’s condescending, paternalistic and racist hands. They all deserve each other.

My Prediction: Voter fraud is going to be the thing that will have Americans at each other’s throats this time around.

Ohio Democrats Score Major Coup for Vote Fraud

Psst: Hey, wanna vote in as many precincts as you can visit in one day? If you live in the crucial battleground state of Ohio, you can!

Story Continues Below

“In a victory for the Democrats, a federal judge ruled Thursday that Ohio voters who show up at the wrong polling place on Election Day can still cast ballots as long as they are in the county where they are registered,” the Associated Press reported.

Ohio Secretary of State J. Kenneth Blackwell, a Republican, had correctly noted that state law required poll workers to send wayward voters to the right precinct.

U.S. District Judge James Carr, nominated to the judiciary by Bill Clinton in 1994, decreed in Toledo that people may cast so-called provisional ballots in the wrong precinct. The only thing that has to be correct is the county. Let’s see, how many precincts does Cuyahoga County have?

“Lessened participation at the polls diminishes the vitality of our democracy,” Carr said.

He failed to note that massive fraud at the polls diminishes the vitality of our republic.

Even if the Democrat judge hadn’t ruled in his party’s favor, Democrat-run counties had planned to violate state law anyway.

“Nobody is going to be turned away at the polling location,” Michael Vu, director of the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections, told the Cleveland Plain Dealer on Monday.

Really? Not even illegal aliens or dead people? Seems Chicago-style antics are spreading.

Citizens who don’t want the election to be stolen will supposedly be allowed to challenge all the bogus provisional ballots later, after the Democrats have carried out their threat to unleash their mobs of lawyers.

P.S.: In the nation’s other most hotly contested state, Florida, Democrats and their thuggish, increasingly violence-prone allies in Big Labor are urging the Democrat-run state Supreme Court (yes, the same court that abetted Al Gore’s failed coup attempt in 2000) to issue a similar ruling.

Aaahhhh…you probably wanted a post with more information about the Drudge story, didn’t you? Sorry about the above post then. :|

Anyway, voter fraud is running rampant. Big news story building….

No, Mark. Any voter fraud information is what I’m looking for. Thanks for commenting!

RepJ 10.14.04 at 8:53 pm

La Shawn,

In Illinois, ACORN has over 16,000 registrations filed fraudulently. I’m also annoyed with the DNC possibly putting out that flier because I am the election judge for my precinct. If my democrat workers start screaming about voter intimidation where there is none, I will fire them immediately. Especially after seeing that memo. The people who are being intimidated are the Republicans. Gun shots through windows. The theft of computers. Signs being stolen by the hundreds. Etc etc etc. Do these people have any idea just how close they are to becoming like Nazis? They tried to steal the last election, but were thwarted by … the American people and the Constitution. Many fraudulent votes were cast for Gore, but not enough to steal the election for him.

Mark Pettifor 10.14.04 at 9:06 pm

RepJ,

Since you are an election judge, how would you respond to the following comment, made by someone who thinks that nothing really can be done about the ruling of the judge in Ohio in the above comment I made? Here’s his comment:

Here at least in the Cleveland area, there isn’t a network to check with each polling place to verify the person has voted already or not. If they tried to use cell phones, I imagine they could, but that consumes valuable time. You could also check after the fact but by the time all the results are counted and verified it will already be a big problem if the race is close. If there are a large number of people coming from other areas trying to get a provisional ballot, as I believe they will, then we will have massive backlogs and calls of voter disenfranchisement as the DemonCats like to say. But I don’t think they are even allowed to check anyway. Either way, it’s a win win situation for them and a losing for us. The lawyers will be everywhere on this if it gets out of hand, and by doing so we will have a Florida but much worse. And it will probably be more than just one state as well.

The judge is a rat, but is with the US district court(Federal) so our hands are tied unless we can win on appeal. Fat chance of that happing.

My question is this: What can people like yourself do at the local level to ensure the integrity of the election process? What can a regular citizen like myself do to hold my local election officials accountable?

Mark Pettifor 10.14.04 at 9:14 pm

BTW, sorry, but I’m new at posting in this kind of format – the person’s comments ended with “Fat chance of that happening” and I picked up again after that.

I was used to using for italics, but I guess that’s what is for?

Ok, I’ll stop being a blog hog now… :)

Andy 10.14.04 at 9:21 pm

How about videotaping each site and then comparing tapes for the same persons showing up from place to place?

Other than that, it is truly sad. How any sincere democrat can even countenance such shenangians, ordained from on high within the DNC, is beyond me? And to be blunt, a Christian Democrat in this situation is truly a FOOL if they don’t renounce the party.

William Meisheid 10.14.04 at 10:50 pm

I have an interesting approach. Get a Republican at each voting location with a digital camera and either a PDA or laptop and have them photograph and record the name of every person who asks for a provisional ballot. Then have them send that information to a central collection point to compare names (and pictures if necessary). Make it very public that you are going to do this and I bet it will stop a lot of this before it starts.

William Meisheid 10.14.04 at 10:53 pm

Also, have a Republican legislator in each state put in a bill, with lot’s of fanfare and news coverage, that mandates a minimum of one month in jail for anyone proven to have voted more than once.

Andy 10.14.04 at 10:59 pm

I’ll go with the voter fraud reminder. I’m sure those kinds of laws are on the books, but it wouldn’t hurt to “propose” upping the penalty in time for 11/2. Even if it goes nowhere, at least fraudsters will think twice about the existing penalties.

Dex 10.14.04 at 11:52 pm

Iam a Floridan living in Nova Scotia and voted absentee well over three weeks ago and today to my shock in the mail box today was another absentee ballot in my post office box. I could not believe this was happening so I called long distance to my home state of Florida election office to express my concern in receiving a second ballot and question if my vote was already counted. Well to make a long story short the Service Rep told me to not to worry and to tear up the second ballot and don’t worry. So if anyone voted absentee in Florida be on the look out.

Kiki B. 10.15.04 at 12:41 am

Dex,

I haven’t lived in FL for almost 3 years now. I am also a registered voter in IN. I have received two different fliers to request an absentee ballot with 2 forms on each to request the ballots. Thankfully, I am a nice, honest Republican who tore them up(so no one else could use them), and threw them away. Sheesh! I could have voted 4 times in FL and once in IN to ensure Bush got elected. ;-)

A pool. A place where folks pick something. A game. Or an
election … Here’s a pool for ya, what will the date that
the next POTUS will be ‘determined’? I say the Ides of March
2005. My heart will not take the wait or suspence.

“Liberals manipulate blacks with “voter fraud” myths, and this alarmist garbage plays into the DNC’s condescending, paternalistic and racist hands. They all deserve each other.”

WELL SAID!!!!!

If Bush wins florida, you can be assured that the DNC lawyers will descend and we are going to go through the same thing we did last time.
Now that they know how to delay a winner, they are going to do it EVERY time. Mark my words.
I plan to go to Florida and be a poll watcher. I am expecting the worse.

RepJ 10.15.04 at 10:12 am

To answer Mark’s question:

This is my first time as an election judge, so I’m not any more clued in than you. Sorry! lol

However, I do know that in Afghanistan, each voter was stamped with semi-permanent ink that election workers could check to see if they had already voted. I think it’s a really good and inexpensive idea.

I’ve been thinking about the high tech idea myself, but it seems too costly. I think they ought to stamp hands, just like at a night club. Make it one of those invisible flourescent stamps, and then nobody knows if they rubbed it off enough or not. Or make it red that takes a few days to go away no matter what.

I think that judge made the wrong decision and that Ohio is going to be a fiasco unless Bush wins in a landslide.

actus 10.15.04 at 10:55 am

‘Republicans ripped into John Kerry yesterday over a stunning new internal manual that advises Democrats to launch “pre-emptive” strikes charging the GOP with voter intimidation — even if none exists.’

When I read the piece on drudge none of it advocated charging present vote suppression. It did advocate raising the issue and potential dangers though. It said it would be most effective to do this in places where previous suppression existed.

Jane 10.15.04 at 11:18 am

The DNC already has a significant portion of the US thinking that the 2000Florida dispute was deliberate, racist, and a Republican plot, while most elections officials in the effected counties were Democrats, most “spoiled ballots” were statisticly from anglos, and the leading causal factor by far was voter error.

Chairman Facts 10.15.04 at 6:46 pm

If the Democrats want to talk about voter suppression, let them ply the public with facts! I don’t want to hear these vague accusations; give me names, dates, places.
Suppression of ANYONE’S vote is an act that as an American I find totally disgusting. It is a criminal act that SHOULD BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW!!! If the Democrat party can come up with ACTUAL INSTANCES OF VOTER SUPPRESSION (Not “there was a police car near the polls and it intimidated the blacks.” My voting precinct has a very large black population, and our polling place is AT THE POLICE STATION! Nobody I’ve spoken to has any problem with this; they find it odd that someone would.), let those guilty be prosecuted. Until then, the Democrats should just SHUT UP!

DarkStar 10.15.04 at 7:12 pm

This is going to be nasty.

I don’t like it one bit.

La Shawn 10.15.04 at 7:20 pm

We agree on that, DarkStar. I dread the day and want it to hurry up and get here at the same time.

RepJ 10.16.04 at 12:01 am

DarkStar and La Shawn,
I’m hoping to be pleasantly surprised, but I’m not holding my breath.

firebird 10.17.04 at 6:03 pm

If any union thugs try to intimidate voters there should be indictments against the union leaders and the DNC as well we should not tolorate this violence the democrats and union hoods are using their own brownshirts and brownshirts are not welcome in the USA

Letter to black newspaper

Dear Editor,

The ONLY real problem with voting yesterday was that WE did not do our homework before going to the polls. People, some apparently illiterate were causing lines to form because they decided to be irresponsible and wait until they actually got to a machine to start TRYING to read and understand the numerous amendments and/or decide on which candidate they were going to vote for. I voted yesterday at the College Hill Library and witnessed this buffoonery with my own eyes. President Bush and the GOP have nothing to do with a person’s responsibility to be educated on the use of the new machines and the issues and candidates they are being asked to cast a ballot for.

I, for one am sick and tired of our so called black “leaders” stirring the pot and causing trouble where none exists and redirecting blame for our failures to some mythical right wing conspiracy. I have tried and tried to find the evidence of all of this voter intimidation, vote suppression and the like but it all comes back to the individual voter not being duly prepared to handle his/her business when they get into the boot. It is actually pretty sad that some of these people are even allowed to vote.

It was sickening to see the same people I saw casting their votes (looking dazed and confused while trying to do a last minute analysis of the ballot) when I walked into the building STILL THERE when I was certified, received my ballot and stood in the line to use a machine. The problem is not George W. Bush. The problem is the voter.

Since black people like to keep bringing this nonsense up and parroting the cries of the DNC who treats us like the dumbest animals on the planet, I think it is now time to set the record straight.

http://apnews.myway.com/article/20041018/D85PUJCG0.html

Stay off the Republicans. They didn’t mess it up the first time and they aren’t doing it THIS time. You can watch “Fahrenheit 911” all you want, but just like in the last election it is Democrat precincts and Democrat voters having the problems. It is Democrat lawyers causing trouble and crying foul before trouble even exists. No one is being disenfranchised by the GOP. People are being disenfranchised by their own stupidity in being unable to read their ballots, speak English, voting for the same failed leadership to run the polls etc.

YOU BET I am angry.

In the 2000 election:

Ø There was and is ZERO evidence that the GOP, George or Jeb tried to disenfranchise anyone. This is confirmed by the majority liberal, Democrat appointed Commission on Civil Rights.

Ø No one was disenfranchised. Anyone who was qualified to vote VOTED!

Ø IT was Al Gore who tried to pull a coup and recanted his concession on the advice of his advisers who had a plan to steal the election.

Ø It was the FLORIDA Supreme Court who tried to change written Florida election law and was TWICE correctly rebuked by the US Supreme Court.

Ø The Palm Beach fiasco was due to elderly voters and idiot voters unable to perform a simple act of hand-eye coordination.

Ø ALL of the counties where there were allegations of fraud came from counties run by DEMOCRATS. Democrat Mayor. Democrat City Council and Democrat SUPERVISIORS OF ELECTION!

Ø Even liberal, Democrat, black female Judge Nikki Clarke sided with the law.

Ø The voting machines that were missing were not found in a Republican car, but the car of a DEMOCRAT operative.

Ø Ballot boxes that were not turned in but later found were found back in the polling place of a predominantly black precinct location.

Ø The ONLY report of voter intimidation was reported by Haitian immigrants who reportedly told of how Democrat operatives threatened them with deportation if they did not vote for Gore.

Ø The ONLY legal ballots that were targeted for disqualification were the legal ballots sent in by our military personnel overseas. Al Gore was the only person who actually tried to suppress votes.

Ø BY LAW, spoiled ballots are to be thrown out. It is not the job of some arbitrarily selected politicos to try and discern the “intent of the voter.” It is OUR job to vote as instructed.

Ø Katherine Harris did her job according to THE LAW. Nothing more and nothing less.

If anyone can find one…JUST ONE black person or any other person who had their voting rights taken away outside an honest mistake, then I dare that person to produce them and to produce the case number associated with their complaint. ALL who wanted to vote…voted. There were problems but they were corrected up to and including the FIRING of Miriam Oliphant, the BLACK Broward County Supervisor of Elections.

If you really want to see what the problems are when it comes down to election day, then go be a poll watcher for a day at a heavily African-American precinct and you will witness first hand why we are the laughing stock of the nation.
