What's interesting about this and why it is so important for all of us to get involved (regardless of what we believe is) this country was founded on the principle of "by the people, for the people". For far to many years we have allowed the rich and powerful, the media, hollywood, etc., etc. to put the word out to all as to what we think, want we feel, and what we want. The internet and especially the power of the blog has changed that and truelly put the "voice of the people", and getting the peoples views (all people,)into the hand of the people again.

It will be interesting to see how the "powers" that be handle this. Will they show to be "for the people"?

Thanks La Shawn for your initial post "Liberal and Conservative Bloggers United."

The list sure is growing (I'm # 1429)...I first linked to the Opinion Coalition on Captain Ed's site. However, it was you who got me reading on this topic last week.

As you know, this is my first blogswarm and I sure was busy this week. Thanks for blazing the trail.
