I usually submit regularly just to the Christian Carnival, but I’ve found this Carnival submission form to be incredibly handy:

It includes most of the major carnivals, and it’s super-easy to use!

Some of the Carnivals do not tell readers how to make submissions.

Also, I find it much easier to be a co-writer on a blog with many writers than to run my own blog.

Ankle Biting Pundits encourages its readers to submit posts.

Lifelike Pundits recruits new writers, too.
