You should see all the prayers from the students of KDES (deaf school on the campus of Gallaudet University) for Sgt. Earl (Jay) Beatty who went to Iraq late last year til March 2005. They had a special correspondence going on with him via Beatty’s blog he agreed to with the school to keep in touch. Check out my blog on it. Very touching and dramatic, too.

An excellent thought on this Lord’s Day. “Behold, the eye of the LORD is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy;” (v.18). We [at least I] are apt to believe that those who hate God, in these times, are invincible…with their strong horses and armies. Our salvation is so much stronger!
