This Texas judge is no sucker. He holds criminal illegal aliens in jail until their deportation hearings instead of releasing them and ordering them to return for hearings, which most usually don’t. Bravo.

About four years ago, I read an article on NewsMax.com which detailed the existence of beacons along the border whereby illegal aliens could navigate safely across the Rio Grande. If I remember the article correctly, there were mirrors set up to reflect the sunlight for daytime passage; and there were flashing lights for nighttime passage. What was particularly disconcerting about these beacons was that they were installed and maintained by the U. S. Border Patrol.

While visiting the San Diego area a few years ago, I saw some of the signs you linked to along the highway. I was so stunned that I stopped to take some photos of them to show to my equally stunned law enforcement co-workers in Oklahoma.
We could not believe that it was such an accepted way of life that signs were posted in the way that deer crossing signs are in our rural areas.
Heck, nowadays we could use the San Diego signs around here, due to the massive growth of our own illegal immigrant population (although they usually aren’t still on the run by the time they get this far).

The sleeper cells being arrested in Lodi, CA is local news for me and I’m hoping it wakes Californians up.
Sleeper cell in Southern CA who has been TRAINING in Pakistan on how to setup explosives and his MISSION was to blow up soft targets like:
1) Grocery stores
2) Hospitals

Re: The Highway sign. I read the article Michelle Malkin linked to about the Caltrans worker who originally designed the sign did it because of fatalities along that stretch of the freeway. The sign was designed to warn drivers, and, frankly, I’d want to be warned if there was a possibility I might hit someone, illegal immigrant or not. I would certainly be more alert for movement along the sides of the freeway, which I might not otherwise pay attention to.
IMHO, the sign was designed for a real safety purpose and I’m glad it was there until the fences were built.

This is really scary. We have a big problem, in this country, with expired VISAs. And, the biggest violators are Colleges and Universities. Colleges and Universities recruit these immigrants, but then refuse to check VISA status, (IMHO) because it might interfere with obtaining big out-of-state tuitions. IMHO.
Yes, all immigration should be suspended indefinitely until the VISA situation is checked and reformed.
I believe some of the 9/11 terrorists were here on expired VISAs. (IMHO).

Not illegal Mexican immigrants. He, like the rest of America, is giving preferential treatment to illegal Mexican immigrants.
Illegal Mexican immigrants, are allowed to stay, but anyone OTHER THAN MEXICAN, ARE DEPORTED IMMEDIATELY. This is what I have been told, he is doing. Even the article, makes no mention of illegal Mexicans, only Hondurans.
If this judge, was really doing his job, he would make sure all illegal immigrants are deported, not just OTM’s.
Again, illegal Mexican immigrants are being given special treatment. The rest of us are discriminated against. THE REST OF US, ARE REQUIRED TO FOLLOW THE RULE OF LAW.
