Over the past two days, I’ve had close to 500 hits from searchers landing on the Club Gitmo post. Rush must be heavily promoting his gear this week.
A lot of people are searching for an MP3 of the 1938 War of the Worlds radio broadcast. I blogged about it just before the Tom Cruise movie premiered.
[By the way, that's called "search engine optimization." Hot key words in post titles (and posts) generate traffic. This is part of what I do for blog consulting. I conduct research to determine relevant key words for a client's niche market. Web users are becoming more savvy, and they know how to search for what they want. Business bloggers should be up on the latest and hottest search terms for their market.]
Fake Comment Alert: From time to time, a lonely, deranged and probably slovenly person goes around the blogosphere posting crude comments under my name. He uses words I’d never use on this blog or in real life. That’s a dead giveaway the comment is phony. I don’t have time to comment on blogs these days anyway, so if you see one with my name, it’s most likely the lonely, deranged, and slovenly slob acting out again.
Loser.
