Republican Thievery?

According to the Washington Post (still dunces), a file containing information about John Roberts’s (Supreme Court nominee) work on skin color preferences are missing from the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library after White House and DOJ lawyers reviewed them.

I hope they didn’t pull a Berger.

If the papers were “borrowed,” how bad could they be? Do they reveal that Roberts is anti-skin color preferences, and therefore, conservative? Or did he capitulate and play PC with the other liberal boys and girls? Can’t wait to find out which.

Addendum: Cancel some of that. According to the story, the lawyers returned the folder, but staff can’t find it. Strange stuff or inept employees? Joe Gandelman speculates. And Jason Smith points out the glaring bias that I missed! I fell for it. The old brain isn’t clicking on all cylinders this morning.

Must have been all those drugs I took in the 60s.
