- Nate Livingston at Cincinnati Black Blog pointed me to a story about father who wanted his baby after the mother put the boy up for adoption without his consent. She’s since changed her mind. This is one of the many reasons people should be married before they procreate. Men who aren’t married to the mother of their children have almost no rights.

Whether you’re for or against abortion that’s not good, but I have to say I’m surprised you made the comment about voting for Democrats. That same logic can easily be applied to the countless immoral, illegal and corrupt behavior that Republicans and Republican-supported groups have participated in. I’m not disagreeing with you, just pointing out that it easily goes both ways!

Morning After Pill
La Shawn:
Not every pharmacy stocks every pill.
In fact, when I stuck myself with a needle, only ONE pharmacy in Shreveport had the anti-AIDS pills; and they only gave me a 2 week supply; I nad to go all across town twice.
Likewise for a lot of other drugs.
Hospitals stock “emergency drugs”for obvious reasons. If the Feds think RU486 is so important, perhaps they will force emergency rooms to stock it and have the doctors that prescribe it dispense it.
No doubt some hysterical female will sue a family or ER doctor who refuses to write a prescription for this drug.
No doubt the anti Wal Mart unions are looking to this issue as another way to weaken Wal Mart, as they have done in Maryland.

“Planned Parenthood pimps propaganda, encouraging women to sue Wal-Mart for not stocking RU-486.”
Interesting. Does this mean that I can sue the MSM for not providing a balance of opinion on their “newscasts”? Can I sue public schools for not providing Bibles?

I have spent way too long drooling over CakeLove.com. I was inspired to go bake a pound cake at 7 AM.

My birthday is coming up, and I can’t decide the type of cake I want.
I really really want a chocolate layer cake, with chocolate buttercream frosting.
But, the bakery I go to tells me they can’t do custom design-birthday decorations….on an all-chocolate cake like I want.
So, I may have to settle for a yellow cake with vanilla buttercream frosting, in order to get my custom birthday design.
I wish I knew cake decorating!

The Planned Parenthood boycott is not about RU-486. It is about the morning-after pill. The page you linked to mentions that pharmacists worry that they could eventually be forced to dispense RU-486, but the campaign Planned Parenthood is mounting only addresses emergency contraception.
