I think the post opens up the door to re-confirm racial prejudices in the minds of those who seek approval for their racist mindset. Skin color does not determine intelligence! Replace IQ tests with EQ. Education quotient. But administer the tests first to the teachers, the "Educators" so that the results for the students can be quantified. You can't fault kids for not learning if they haven't been adequately taught.
